We manage around 100 crews among whom 80 crews are working on board and 20 crews are stand-by.
There are more than 10 Captains, 10 Chief Engineers, 15 Management Officers and 30 Operation Officers of navigation and engineering in our crew pool.
We continuosly hold crew training courses for upgrading their English ability, professional skills and SMS knowlegde during their vacation.
